Highest standards for quality and accuracy. This is achieved by doing things the old fashion and traditional way of using a method known as the square rule layout. This method takes more effort, but the result is tighter stronger joinery with no gaps.
We use a draw bore method with offset holes which is done in the shop vs. straight drilling on site. This achieves tighter stronger joints.
All work is finished with hand tools vs. finishing with power tools only.
We use full plates for added strength vs. shorter plates which cost less but create a weaker frame.
No metal connectors or fasteners are used.
